The Youth Links program, funded by the Columbia Basin Trust began in 1999 and ran successfully for 6 years. Youth Links was a seven week summer program for young people between the ages of 17-19 who resided in the Columbia Basin.

Participants traveled the Columbia Basin, worked on community projects, and engaged in a variety of educational activities.

This program provided an opportunity for young people to learn more about their region along with its social, economic and environmental issues.
