Free Shipping

All orders greater than CAN $125.00 (before taxes) will be shipped free of charge to all Canadian Provinces and USA.

Regular Shipping

Orders less than CAN $125.00 (before taxes) will be shipped at the following rates:

* BC $8.00
* Other Canadian Provinces $12.00
* USA $15.00

Shipping via Canada Post

Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Canada Post. General shipping provides no tracking and are delivered without signature. If you prefer delivery by Canada Post with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, Canada Post are very reliable and will deliver your package quickly and safely.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Orders shipped to the USA

Orders shipped to the USA may be inspected by the US Customs and Border Protection Agency officers and assessed for applicable USA duties, taxes, and collection fees. All imposed charges must be paid by the recipient before the package can be released by US Postal Services.

Orders with product totals under CAN $15.00 will not have any additional cost under current Canadian-US trade agreements. Customs charges for Gift Orders cannot be prepaid at the time of order placement, and are therefore payable by the gift recipient upon delivery.

Please Note: Earth Matters ECO Store has no control over assessment of Customs charges. Consequently, we cannot include these charges at checkout. Please check applicable taxes with the US Customs Office. Questions regarding the collection of US duties, taxes, and fees may be directed to the US Customs and Border Protection Department at http://www.cbp.gov/ .

Product Returns

All products are inspected prior to shipping to make sure that they are in perfect working order. If you are not completely satisfied with your product you can return it within 21 days for a full refund. The product must be in the same condition it was sent to you.

You will be responsible for shipping costs to return the product to us UNLESS the product was defective in any way. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
